What is your return policy?
If you receive the incorrect item or if your item is defective, please email us immediately at info@thesmockingplace.com and we will make it right! We do not offer exchanges based on sizing. Monogrammed items, custom sizes, and all adult clothing are FINAL SALE and non-returnable. We accept returns on all other items for store credit only within 14 days of delivery date to the customer. Items must be unworn and unwashed with tags intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please include your name, order #, and email address and remit items to:

How long does shipping take?
Our website items are in stock and will ship within 5 days after your purchase.
Pre-order items have estimated ship dates in the description of the outfit. Typically our preorder shipping lead time is between 2-3 months.

We offer combined shipping based on the total price of outfits purchased.

$150.00 and up - FREE
**Ready-to-ship items will ship with pre-ordered items if they are ordered together.
